today i finally found a wonderful documentation about our beautiful home galaxy from inside the Milky Way, made by National Geography. you can purchase the dvd, i for sure will look out for it in store. no other galaxy could be more glorious in my eyes and understanding.

Saturday was a damp day and now suffering with Tinnitus which is playing havoc with my concentration I decided to put a podcast together. One hour of uninterrupted ambient music was just what I needed.
