Hi. This instrument is a classic and it's a favorite of mine. Many groups from the 60's and 70's used this tape based instrument which often went out of tune. I guess that's why Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin hated the instrument. I found a list of the top 10 mellotron songs so I'm posting a link to it.
